Bush’s first drug czar . . . later as author of virtuous bestsellers such as The Book of Virtues . . . currently as an unusually levelheaded talking head on CNN . . . and also currently as host of radio’s very early “Morning in America,” Professor Bennett is a singular conservative think tank all by himself. He also has been known to be terrifically funny whatever the hour, day or night.
