Confused SEIU Supporter

American Experiment has been working with MNPCA on the largest decertification in U.S. labor history; we now have almost 11,000 cards from personal care attendants (PCAs) who say they want to decertify the SEIU. So let’s just say I am on alert whenever I see the SEIU colors and logo.

I was at the U.S. Supreme Court today to hear Janus v AFSCME, the case that could end so-called “fair-share” fees (see nearby posts). The State Policy Network, of which we are a proud member, created great signs that said, “Stand with Workers.”

This SEIU member will be embarrassed to learn that he picked up our sign today, and stood with Mark Janus.
