Charlie Nickoloff is the Finance Director at Center of the American Experiment.

In addition to joining the Center, Charlie currently serves as President of St. Paul-based Medical Equities Investments, a boutique fund engaged primarily with early stage biotech companies.

Charlie has been a founder and/or senior manager at several successful Minnesota firms during his business career. As co-founder and board member at IVI Publishing/OnHealth Network, he negotiated electronic rights and sales distribution agreements with Mayo Clinic, Sony, Phillips and others, while helping guide the company through multiple private and public financings totaling more than $100 million up to its merger with WebMD.

More recently, Charlie was Vice President at Minnesota Solar Connection, a developer of large-scale community solar gardens. In 2019 and 2020, MSC has completed and sold 16MW of these gardens to several large apartment ownership groups based in Minnesota.

Previously, Charlie was Director of Marketing for Fargo-based Titan Machinery (Nasdaq: TITN), the largest network of CaseIH agriculture and construction equipment in the world. He was also Director of Affiliate Relations for the founding management team of Midwest Sports Channel (now FoxSports North) and worked in online and sales management positions for KARE11 TV, KeepItLocal.com, Dealeebob and CitizenObserver (now tip411).

Charlie is a native of Hibbing and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
