Please join Center of the American Experiment at the 2018 Fall Briefing featuring Alan M. Dershowitz as he shares his thoughtful analysis of freedom of speech in an era of increasingly divisive and hostile political rhetoric. Dershowitz is one of the nation’s “most distinguished defenders of individual rights.” A graduate of Brooklyn College and Yale Law School, he joined the Harvard Law School faculty at age 25, the youngest in the school’s history, and became an Emeritus professor after 50 years of teaching and 10,000 students.

Dershowitz has published more than 1,000 articles and authored 35 fiction and non-fiction works, including the New York Times#1 bestseller Chutzpah. In his latest books, Trumped Up and The Case Against BDS, Dershowitz reinforces his long standing record of presenting the issues of the day with “trenchant legal analysis” and “the scalpel of scholarship.”
