The Center of the American Experiment’s fellow Catrin Wigfall will be the keynote speaker at Citizens Academy. She will present the Center’s education freedom research findings. Additionally, a panel of local education experts consisting of state elected officials, school board members, private school representatives, and home school parents will answer audience questions.
