Join us for a conversation about the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension’s Force Investigations Unit, tasked with conducting investigations into the use of deadly force by law enforcement across the state. We will hear directly from Special Agent in Charge Michelle Frascone about this important work followed by a panel discussion with local law enforcement leaders. The evening will be moderated by American Experiment’s Public Safety Policy Fellow David Zimmer.
