Join us for an important event with American Experiment Founder Mitch Pearlstein to celebrate the release of his latest book, Second Chance Hiring: An Economic and Ethical Necessity. Approximately 600,000 or more individuals are released from U.S. prisons each year, but they routinely have an exceedingly hard time securing jobs. What is the full-throated, albeit prudent and safe, economic case for second chance hiring? How can we be more responsibly faithful to our highest ideals as a good, forgiving, and generous nation?

Mitch will be joined by a panel of formerly incarcerated individuals who will share the challenges they faced upon re-entry to society. The first 100 registrations include a copy of Second Chance Hiring (one book per household, please).
