Join us along with Minnesota Parents Alliance (MPA), Opportunity for All Kids (OAK), State Policy Network (SPN for a family-friendly day of exploring the innovative landscape of education options that are growing and thriving as alternatives to traditional K-12 public education. If you are searching for a customized learning environment for your student or you are interested in creating or growing a program for K-12 students, this is the event for you!

Engage with local exhibitors representing private, home, micro and charter schools as well as a variety of hybrid and permissionless models for cooperative learning.
Listen to a nationally recognized keynote speaker and panel discussions featuring local experts, educational entrepreneurs and program innovators.
Connect with representatives from organizations that are focused on supporting initiatives to unbundle education and expand access for all students.

7:30-8:30 am: Exhibitor Set-Up
8:30-9:00: Check-In/Registration Opens
9:00-10:00: EXHIBITOR OPEN HOUSE – Explore, network, connect!
10:00 – 11:00: Keynote Presentation and Q&A w/Kerry McDonald “How Entrepreneurial Parents & Teachers Are Expanding Education Options for Families”
11:00-noon – Lunch Served/Open House/Panel Set-Up
Noon-1:30: Panel Discussion and Q&A w/local program founders, parents and students on the experience of creating, growing and participating in non-public alternatives
2:00-3:00: Breakout Sessions on creating and growing secular and faith-based programs
1:30 -3:00: EXHIBITOR OPEN HOUSE – Explore, network, connect!

$10 per family in advance, $15 at the door. This grants you and members of your family access to the exhibitor space and the presentations/speakers.
If you would like to be included in the lunch being served between 11:30 and noon, there is an additional cost of $15 per person.

The Shoreview Community Center is a family-friendly space with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to accommodate your needs, particularly if you plan to bring young children. You can learn more about the space and amenities and plan your visit accordingly HERE.
