Feds indict 15 Antifa members in MN

The U.S. Attorney for Minnesota, Daniel Rosen, announced felony charges against 15 individuals in an indictment unsealed this morning (Case No. 26-cr-115).

Rosen then held a press conference to announce the charges. From the media advisory,

U.S. Attorney’s Office Announces Charges Related to Coordinated Effort by Minneapolis-Based Antifa Groups to Impede Federal Officers

The officers impeded were enforcing federal immigration law as part of Operation Metro Surge earlier this year.

Several of the defendants were scheduled to make their initial appearances on these charges this afternoon at the federal courthouse in downtown St. Paul. All 15 are believed to be local to the Twin Cities area.
