Germán in ICE custody
At long last, German Adriano Llangari Inga is in federal custody. He is being held in Freeborn, MN, county jail at the behest of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.

The Ecuadorean national, allegedly in the U.S. illegally, is now being held in Freeborn County jail in southern Minnesota.
Twin Cities man? Ecuadorian national? Must we choose? Whatever happened to the duality of man?
Confirmed:
Llangari Inga had roamed free for less than three days, having been released last Tuesday night from Hennepin County jail on bond from his state felony charges for criminal vehicular homicide, and then picked up by ICE on Friday afternoon.
