Interactive map: Type of learning model being used by Minnesota school districts & charter schools

Governor Walz’s latest guidance allows elementary schools to reopen starting January 18 if certain guidelines are followed. According to the Minnesota Department of Education’s “Safe Learning Model Dashboard,” 45 percent of districts and charter schools are currently under a distance learning model, with 35 percent using a combination learning model, 12 percent in-person, and 8 percent hybrid.
