Isaac Orr appeared on the Jon Justice show on Tuesday morning to discuss the challenges facing electric vehicle adoption. Many of the challenges are technical and economic, but some of them are also political.
Orr discusses a recent study from researchers at the University of California Berkeley that found that 50 percent of the electric vehicles sold in the United States occur in the top 10 percent most-Democratic counties.
