Today is the day! Nationally renowned energy journalist appears in Minnesota to discuss the findings of his new report Not in Our Backyard, published by Center of the American Experiment. Robert will be presenting with American Experiment’s energy specialist, Isaac Orr.
There are two events: one in Albert Lea at 11:30 a.m., and one in Golden Valley, which starts at 4:40 p.m.
Bryce and Orr will explain why the deployment of wind and solar energy is meeting fierce resistance from landowners and rural governments from Maine to Hawaii.
In addition, those energy sources require staggering amounts of minerals (many of which are controlled by China) and many of the components in solar panels and wind turbines are full of toxic materials that cannot be recycled.
