I Am Thankful for Many Things: Center Finishes Best Year Yet!

Dear Friends,

Thanks to friends like you the Center is finishing our best year yet!  But we both know the stakes are high and there’s much more work to be done, so the CAE Board has agreed to match contributions made by December 31 so American Experiment can begin 2017 in a strong financial position and bring our message of policy solutions to every corner of Minnesota.

Therefore, I need to ask you to consider making (in the next couple of days) the most generous tax-deductible gift you can to the Center.

I Am Thankful for Many Things

1. Especially for our small but dedicated staff who work long hours to create a new Minnesota civic culture where conservative and free market ideas are better understood, appreciated, and applied.

2. Especially for the success of our BIG New Outreach plan.  We have significantly ramped up our outreach through newspapers, magazines, social media, radio, internet, and emails. This year we had more than 10 million contacts with Minnesotans through op-eds, radio and television appearances, and ads, internet videos, Facebook, and our web site.  Next year the sky is the limit!

3. Great Media Coverage: We often complain about the press, but the truth is that the Center does very well across a broad range of media.  Our work has been covered and generally praised by the Star Tribune, the Pioneer Press, Twin Cities Business, the St. Cloud Times and other Greater Minnesota newspapers, MinnPost, all the metro-area television stations as well as stations in Duluth, Minnesota Public Radio, KTIS Radio, AM1280, AM1130, AM1440, AM1500 and WCCO-AM.

4. And for the Center’s reputation as the most credible source in town for combating liberal policy agendas and advancing conservative, free market solutions.
