Feeding Our Future: guilty plea in bribery case
It looks like a fourth guilty plea will soon be entered in the juror bribery case arising out of the first Feeding Our Future trial held last year. Said Farah is scheduled to enter his plea on May 14. The ever-alert Lou Raguse of KARE-11 TV noticed the addition to the court calendar.

Amazingly, Said Farah had been acquitted in the underlying fraud case. In the narrative of the juror bribery scheme, he was the one who provided the cash money used in the failed attempt.

Updating our defendant chart from this group:

From the bribery case, Said’s younger brother Abdiaziz (convicted in the fraud case) remains as the only defendant.
From the fraud case, Hayat Nur had been scheduled next week for a sentencing on her conviction, but the hearing was postponed due to scheduling conflicts.
