Mitch Rolling is a Policy Fellow at the Center of the American Experiment, where he analyzes the energy industry and electricity policy.

Prior to his current role, Mitch was a researcher at the Center of the American Experiment and co-authored an award-winning report highlighting the impact of Minnesota’s 50 percent renewable energy proposal. He has since designed several energy models used to determine the impact of energy proposals throughout the country, with his work appearing in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

Mitch graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in history. He earned an MS in Finance and Economics at West Texas A&M University in 2022.
