Keith Ellison Feeding Our Future commentary extends story
If the purpose of Keith Ellison publishing his “commentary” yesterday on his December 2021 Feeding Our Future meeting was to kill the story, it didn’t work.
The state Attorney General’s opinion piece published by the Minnesota Star Tribune spawned yet another media story. The occasion was today’s news conference by Ellison touting his latest grandstanding, change the subject, pre-emptive lawsuit against Pres. Donald Trump.
This one had something to do with alleged “bullying vulnerable children.” Specifically, it has something to do with transgender children in sports. Trump hasn’t actually done anything as of yet, but AG Ellison is in desperate need of some new headlines to push the Feeding Our Future headlines further down the “results” page on Google search. To be honest, I couldn’t make it to the end of the AG’s press release.
KSTP’s political reporter, Tom Hauser, interrupted today’s media lovefest with some uncomfortable questions (for Ellison) on Feeding Our Future. Here is Hauser’s 3-minute report aired on the evening news:
The KSTP report was picked up by the ABC affiliate in southern Minnesota.
The Washington Free Beacon also writes about the Ellison commentary here.
