Katherine Kersten Adds Explosive Follow-up to Her Investigation of Edina’s Public Schools

The cover story in last October’s Thinking Minnesota was Katherine Kersten’s devastating expose of left-wing indoctrination and bullying in the Edina public schools. The Edina schools have made a firm commitment to leftism, at the same time that the quality of education, as shown most broadly in MCA test results, has declined relative to other Minnesota public school systems. In the just-released January issue of Thinking Minnesota, Kathy follows up on her October story. As the controversy over the Edina public schools exploded, many parents, students and teachers contacted Kathy to relate their own stories of left-wing indoctrination, discrimination and bullying. Some of those stories are reflected in the update; there is also information about the lawsuit that a number of con-conforming students and parents have commenced against the Edina School District and school officials.
